Welcome to BotForge. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BotForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BotForge provides AI-powered chatbot solutions for business websites, including chatbot creation, training, deployment, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
One account per person or business unless otherwise permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use BotForge to:

Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Send spam, phishing, or fraudulent messages
Collect personal data without proper consent
Impersonate any person or entity
Distribute malware or harmful code
Interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use the Service to build a competing product

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you provide for chatbot training
You grant us a license to use, process, and store your content to provide the Service
You represent that you have the right to use all content you provide
Our platform, branding, and technology are our intellectual property

6. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Failed payments may result in service suspension

7. Free Trial

14-day free trials are available on all plans. No credit card required during trial. At trial end, you will be prompted to enter payment information or your account will be suspended.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

9. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be performed when possible during low-traffic hours. This is a best-effort target and does not constitute a guaranteed SLA unless you have an Enterprise plan with a signed SLA.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOTFORGE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BotForge from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
