BotForge uses Stripe for secure payment processing. This guide helps you connect your Stripe account or set up payments for your chatbot services.
How Billing Works
When you purchase a BotForge plan, Stripe handles the payment securely. Your card details never touch our servers.
Connect Your Stripe Account (For Agencies)
If you're selling chatbot services to clients, you can connect your Stripe account to receive payments directly.
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Stripe Connect
- Click "Connect Stripe"
- Authorize BotForge to process payments on your behalf
- Start accepting payments from your clients

You set your own prices, Bill clients directly through your Stripe account, and receive payouts to your bank account.
Webhooks
BotForge can receive Stripe webhook events to:
- Confirm successful payments
- Handle failed payments
- Process subscription updates
- Trigger automations on billing events

Always verify webhook signatures to ensure events come from Stripe, not third parties.
Troubleshooting
Payment failed? Check that the card is valid and has sufficient funds.
Webhook not working? Ensure your webhook endpoint URL is accessible from the internet.
