Understanding Your Invoices
All your billing is handled through Stripe, giving you secure payment processing and easy invoice access.
Viewing Your Invoices
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
- Click "Billing Portal"
- This opens Stripe's portal where you can view all invoices
Invoice Details
Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number — Format: BF-XXXX-XXXX
- Billing period — The month being charged for
- Plan details — Your subscription tier and price
- Any add-ons — Extra seats, overage charges, etc.
- Tax — If applicable in your region
💡 Need a Receipt for Accounting?
Download invoices as PDF from the Stripe billing portal. They include all necessary details for expense tracking.
When You're Charged
- Monthly plans — Same date each month
- Annual plans — Once a year on your signup date
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Your card details are never stored on our servers — Stripe handles all payment security.
