Greeting Message
The first thing visitors see. Keep it friendly and helpful:

Offline/Hours Message
When you're not available to take over the chat:
"We're currently closed. Leave a message and we'll get back to you first thing tomorrow!"
Fallback Response

💡 Keep Responses Short
People don't read walls of text in chat. Keep responses under 2-3 sentences when possible.
