How to Cancel Your Subscription
We hate to see you go, but we get it — sometimes it's not the right fit. Here's how to cancel.

How to Cancel
- Log into your BotForge account
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Select a reason (helps us improve)
- Confirm the cancellation
What Happens After
- Your bot(s) will stop working — The chat widget will no longer respond
- You keep access until — Your current billing period ends
- Data retention — We keep your data for 30 days after cancellation
- No further charges — We won't charge you again
💡 Want to Come Back?
Your account and bot configurations are saved. When you're ready to return, just subscribe again and everything will be exactly where you left it.
Refund Policy
We don't offer refunds for unused time on monthly plans. Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you contact support.
